Training will be provided on the job. You will be exposed to many trades and skills like plumbing, electrical, equipment diagnostics, etc. Working for Professional Pool Services is fulfilling in a new way every day. You will build multiple skill sets while installing new pools, renovating existing pools, installing new equipment and liners, assessing water chemistry, and diagnosing technical issues. And, we have a lot of fun doing it on a small team with a great work-life balance.

LEAD TECHNICIAN

Starting between $25-35/hr, by experience

You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance schedules and service calls, leading a small team (1-2 people), and also helping with new installations when required. A company vehicle will be provided in addition to the equipment and tools. This position may be seasonal or permanent and has flexibility in considering your accommodation and preferences.

Must have strong demonstrable skills in:

– the swimming pool/spa industry

– leading peers

– project completion

– reliability

– scheduling

– clean driver’s abstract

– customer service skills

POOL TECHNICIAN (on-job training provided)

Starting between $20-25/hr, by experience

We will train you in a diverse and rewarding industry. Learn a variety of skills from plumbing, equipment diagnostics, water chemistry, construction, and customer relationships, and have fun doing it!

Looking for candidates who possess the following characteristics:

– willing to learn new skills

– wanting to advance their career beyond minimum requirements

– reliable to work when scheduled
